International Day of Happiness
On 20 March 2016, there is a global celebration aiming to highlight the fun and happiness that life brings us, created by a partnership of like-minded organisations.
Jade is attending an event at the Chelmsford Ideas Hub with the Chelmsford Happiness Project. Here they will be offering vegan and vegetarian food, children’s activities, Yoga & meditation and much more.
You don’t have to be attending an organised event! Meg is currently in the Dominican Republic enjoying the sunshine and beaches, Ben will be tackling the trails on his bike. Jess however, will be hard to track down as she’ll be cruising along in her new Audi A1!
Lucy’s taking part in the Heli Hounds dog walk day with her husband, helping to raise money for Essex Air Ambulance. Likewise, Nichola is spending time in nature with her husband, whilst laughing a lot and being grateful for all she has in her life. That’s a lot of love for the outdoors from the Voice team!
All together it’s a great day to let yourself go and get back in touch with what truly makes you happy, something that we often forget whilst leading our busy lives and concentrating so much on work.
The idea of International Happiness Day excites Voice, as part of our vision is to commit ourselves to living a life of joy and peace. To us there is a huge relationship between our work/life balance and happiness, and we give 100% in both areas.
