GRIDDLE & SHAKE SET TO LAUNCH IN NOTTINGHAM

Boy are we excited! We’ve been working with Griddle & Shake for a while now on the launch of its burger chain in Nottingham that is sure to take the UK burger market by storm!
The lease is signed, the restaurant is designed and the press releases are flying. Griddle & Shake isn’t going to be just another burger restaurant, it’s focusing on being fair to all customers as well as the environment. With vegan options, a huge selection of delicious sides and an array of cool ice-cream shakes, every customer will enjoy a meal to remember.
Ed Halls, who we’ve worked with on previous projects including The Rose & Crown and The Clockhouse, has never failed to amaze us with his passion for good food. He’s a truly talented chef, has a real eye for detail and his entrepreneurial spirit is extraordinary.
For those of you from Nottingham, Griddle & Shake already has a relationship with local businesses. Local interior designer, Tracey Annable is designing its fresh interior, creating an atmosphere quite different from anything else. It’s also using The Fruit Basket, based in West Bridgford, to supply fresh fruit and vegetables, cutting down on travel miles.
With their first site coming to Nine Fletcher Gate, The Lace Market, Nottingham, we’re expecting to see a really good turnout!
