World Wellbeing Week has come around again for its fourth year running. This week is all about celebrating wellbeing in all forms whether that’s mental, physical, financial or social.

To celebrate World Wellbeing Week we wanted to share some of the amazing ways our clients are prioritising wellbeing:

Using Less Stuff

Using Less Stuff allows businesses to become more sustainable at the same time as reducing costs. Having a sustainable strategy in place can be a great way to boost wellbeing as it enables employees to safeguard the future of the environment and be part of something positive.

Land & Water

Leading wet civil engineering firm Land & Water has 18 Mental Health First Aiders as part of its company and is making great headway in prioritising wellbeing within the construction and civil engineering sectors. It is also in the process of developing a new office space which provides access to a company gym as well as providing employees with the opportunity to stay in a holiday home, purchased by Land & Water, to enjoy mini breaks.

Waste management expert, Simply, is proud to be a Mindful Employer that places emphasis on the importance of mental health through providing its team with access to a support helpline as well as a breakout room to relax.

Leading sustainable resin driveway specialist Oltco built its own HQ earlier this year which has some great spaces where team members can relax and unwind. From table tennis outside to a pool table inside, there’s lots of activities to take part in. There are also regular socials and conferences for the whole network to be part of.

SVC Solutions

Business solutions services provider, SVC Solutions, works with businesses to provide HR support including the development of wellbeing strategies. Its CEO Amanda is a great advocate for positive mental wellbeing and offers ongoing training for her team and businesses. Training is a great way for employees to feel valued within the workplace, boosting their wellbeing.

Voice is super proud to be a values-led business that works with like-minded clients and we are loving the way these businesses are supporting positive wellbeing.
