For Voice, becoming a B-Corp was about highlighting our already existing values and being able to find ways to improve our impact. Over the past two years we have continued to push ourselves as a company and we have learnt so much.
Today, we wanted to celebrate by asking the team what they are most proud of about being a B-Corp and what they want to achieve with the accreditation over the next year.
Managing Director, Nichola, says: “I am proud to be a B-Corp company based in Cornwall. It is so amazing see the B-Corp community grow. Over the next year we want to improve our score and become recertified.”
Our Senior Account Director, Jess, says: “I am proud of the fact that we were one of the first businesses in Essex to get B-Corp status and that we are helping to drive change in the business community.
“In the next year we are looking to push our score up and become recertified.”
Maisie, our Account Manager, says: “I am most proud of the sense of community that you feel as being a B-Corp. You know that you are surrounded by other businesses and individuals that are passionate about making positive change for the planet and the people around us.
“In the next year, I would love to continue connecting with like-minded businesses and learning more about the B-Corp process. I would also really love to collaborate with B-Corp UK through creating an event discussing the ways B-Corp businesses can showcase themselves as a force for good.”
Our PR and Marketing Assistant, Sam, says: “I am proud to be a part of a great list of ethical companies.”
Katie, our Senior Account Executive, says: “I’m proud that our passion and commitment to the triple bottom line is recognised through our certification and it’s also really inspiring to know that my colleagues are passionate about using business as a force for good.
I’d love to be able to connect with more fellow B-Corps and continue to grow relationships here.”
Our PPC Executive, Sam, says: “I love being part of a company that values people, planet and profit. The work/life balance and the freedom of having opportunities everywhere is great and I am looking forward to continuing to share my knowledge of B-Corp with others.”
Our Digital Marketing Specialist, Emily, says: “I love being part of a community that is dedicated to creating positive impacts and also teaching others about becoming B-corp certified.
“I think it would be great to be leaders within B-corp and encourage others to become B-corp certified and take them through the journey.”
Mya, our Account Assistant, says: “I am proud of being a B-Corp because we are part of a community that cares about our planet and we will continue to do everything to have a positive impact.
“In the next year I would like to network more with other B-Corp companies and really become part of the community.”
We care about our people and our planet. B-Corp provides us with a community that share the same values as us and we are so proud to be a part of it.
